General ACThere was a hardware failure at the Decal site. There is no ETA on a fix. For now to update decal with the october memlocs please go to the following URL and copy the files into the decal directory in program files. http://www.thechosenonez.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=15134
