The Round Table

The Round Table is formed of allegiance members that have shown tremendous courage and admiration for the game of Asheron's Call and this allegiance we call home. The Round Table handles issues of importance to the allegiance, sets policies and goals, and oversees discipline. Round Table members can be turned to for advice and help with the allegiance and game. Periodically, new Round Table members are inducted. Current Round Table members nominate potentials, and an election/approval process takes place. The Current Round Table members are:

MASTERS

Think of Masters as the Monarch’s personal lieutenants. Usually but not always Round Table members, Masters pledge to oversee some aspect of the guild, and have the authority to create and enforce policies for that area. Quests, games, the website, are obvious examples. The Master for an area you are interested in or have a question about is a good person to turn to. Masters are particularly good at organizing and networking. If they do not do something them self, they usually know someone who can, or if someone (like you!) is willing to create or lead an activity (like a quest or game or hunting group), or add something of value (like a resource web page or a portal bot) but is not sure how to go about it, the appropriate Master can give them guidance, access to clan resources, encouragement and support. Masters will occasionally appoint one or two Lieutenants to help them, or form a "team" to tackle a task. Current Masters: Aerlinthe Questmaster - Victoria The Spirited - is in charge of organizing and overseeing the Aerfalle Quest and the scroll list. The Forgotten Master - (to be appointed) - A little bit of all of the above, The Forgotten Master petitions for, advocates for, and organizes events for those from non-North American Time zones, our European and Asian contingents. Huntmaster -(to be appointed) - The huntmaster organizes general hunts (for XP or loot or adventure or exploration). Also, he/she is knowledgeable about fighting and hunting both alone or in teams, and can advise less experienced players on good tactics and strategy. Loki, or the Gamesmaster - (to be appointed) - Loki organizes the non-quest activities, such as scavenger hunts, riddle contests and games of that sort. Loremaster - (to be appointed) - Runs an "ask the LoreMaster" forum on the website; the LoreMaster helps the Webmaster by organizing the links sections. A good person to ask questions ranging from the fall of the Dericost Empire to the best plug-ins for Decal. Master-at-Arms/Warmaster - (to be appointed) - The "PK" master, the Warmaster oversees clan PK activity and organizes the monthly PK tournament. The Warmaster also periodically runs seminars in the mansion on how to fight PK, and can find tutors for those interested in learning the ropes. Questmaster - Mark-Wheen - The Questmaster oversees and organizes quests. He connects potential quest leaders with veterans willing to teach them, and is a general resource for quest leaders to turn to for advice, instruction or aid. The Questmaster works with the Webmaster on the monthly quest calendar. Speaker - Victoria The Spirited - The speaker sets the message of the day and makes allegiance channel broadcasts. The Speaker is often the in-game communications center for events. Webmaster - Blackwuf and North - Oversees the website, and net-based communications (IRC) HONORARY TITLES A person with an Honorary Title usually has no special authority, but they do have bragging rights.
