Article I: The Monarchy

The Chosen Ones is a monarchy in the computer game Asheron's Call in the world of Frostfell. The purpose of the monarchy is to enable fellowship and group activities while encouraging fair and honorable play. The name of the monarchy is not subject to change.
[top]

Article II: The Monarchs

One or more player characters within the monarchy will hold the title of Monarch. At least one of the monarchs must be of sufficiently high level to occupy the top spot in the monarchy hierarchy. Monarchs may step down at will. New monarchs require the unanimous consent of the current monarchs and the majority consent of voting Round Table members. The monarchs have the authority to pass or veto any resolutions presented to them by the Round Table. Monarchs also have the authority to enact resolutions autonomously.

Monarchs may remove any character from the monarchy when deemed appropriate. This authority is considered to be extraordinary and must be used with extreme sensitivity to the rights of the character in question. In the event that a member is removed preemptively, without an investigation, the Monarchs will, as soon as it is feasible, post an INVESTIGATION message to the private Round Table board as to the circumstances so that the matter can be properly investigated by a Sheriff. The post should include any available chat logs and other information pertinent to the incident.

Monarchs may add to, or decline to maintain, the number of Round Table members at their discretion.

If a disagreement between monarchs results in a tie, the Round Table will break the tie with a majority vote.

Monarchs are granted, in addition, all authority granted to Round Table members, Administrators and Sheriffs, to include voting rights.

While the Monarchs' authority is effectively absolute, they are responsible for fair and wise leadership. The measure of their success in the exercise of their authority will be their ability to attract and retain quality members.

Article III: The Round Table

Part A - Purpose and Duties

The Round Table is a group of allegiance members who aid the Monarchs in the difficult task of running the allegiance. Membership in the Round Table is a responsibility and a privilege, rather than a reward. It is primarily an executive rather than a legislative body, though one of its important functions is to help the Monarchs identify and devise solutions for issues and problems faced by the allegiance.

Round Table members:
  • Assist the Monarchs in implementing policies and running allegiance events.
  • Identify and discuss issues of importance, make recommendations, and offer counsel to the Monarchs.
  • Investigate problems and disputes.
  • Advise and aid allegiance members.
  • Defend the honor and integrity of the allegiance.

  • To qualify for and maintain a Round Table position, a member must:
  • Lead at least one scheduled event a month (such as a quest or a contest).
  • Belong to the allegiance for at least a month.
  • Have no characters on the Frostfell server that are sworn into another allegiance.
  • Regularly check the message boards on the website to keep abreast of allegiance events and issues that might arise which require their input.

  • It’s not easy to be a Round Table member – it can very demanding on your time and energy; as a result, those who tire of the responsibility and retire are granted a special honorary status thereafter, “Clan Elder”, in recognition of their service. So long as Clan Elders maintain their eligibility, they may resume their Round Table duties and status by contacting the Monarchs and requesting reinstatement. Clan Elders who leave the allegiance for more than a short period (up to about a month) lose Clan Elder Status.
    [top]

    Part B - Special Positions

Current Round Table members may also take on additional responsibility and become Round Table Administrators, Round Table Sheriffs, or the Clan Webmaster. Round Table members are either elected to special positions by an election using the same rules as Round Table elections (minus the public nominations) or are appointed directly by the Monarchs.

    Administrators:

Round Table Administrators facilitate procedural matters.

  • Administrators organize discussions on issues and summarize the proposed solutions or resolutions that result from them. Administrators will create polls where appropriate to gauge the consensus of the Round Table (and in some cases the allegiance as a whole) on a particular issue.

  • Administrators oversee elections.

  • Administrators manage the implementation by the Round Table of resolutions and policies that are approved by or issued by the Monarchs.

  • Sheriffs:

Sheriffs investigate allegations of wrong doing by or against a monarchy member. As investigating disputes can be time-consuming, the Round Table maintains five members in the position of Sheriff. Disputes between Sheriffs are resolved by the Monarchs.

The investigation process begins with a Sheriff responding to a Post requesting an investigation, then should proceed as follows:

  • Allegations must be addressed and investigated promptly. The Sheriff should complete the investigation within a week (7 days). If a Sheriff believes it will take longer, or runs into obstacles, he or she will inform the Round Table or the Monarchs. If the problem is personal in nature, another Sheriff will take over the investigation.

  • The Sheriff interviews involved parties and witnesses to get as many sides to the story as possible, and gathers appropriate evidence, including screenshots.

  • Where a complaint is minor in nature, particularly misunderstandings between two allegiance members, the Sheriff should feel free to mediate a resolution if they believe such can be easily accomplished.

  • When the investigation is complete, the Sheriff must fill out the official Investigation Report Form http://www.thechosenonez.com/report.php as completely as possible and submit the report. Any chat logs recorded during the investigation must be included, and should be edited to eliminate background chat and any private messages that are not relevant to the investigation.

  • Sheriffs are to be objective and neutral during the investigation and reporting. Once the findings are posted, they may contribute to the discussion and resolution process like any other Round Table member.

  • The Round Table or the Monarchs will determine the appropriate response to the investigation based upon the findings and will announce the determination in a response to the investigation message.

    Webmaster

The Webmaster is the caretaker of the Chosen website. The qualifications for this position are unique, combining technical skills necessary to update and maintain the website with a high level of maturity and trustworthiness, as the Webmaster has access to all boards and private messages. If not already a member of the Round Table, the Webmaster is automatically given full Round Table membership. Due to the workload often involved in maintaining the website, the Webmaster may be exempted by the Monarchs from other Round Table service requirements. Because of the special and technical requirements of the position, the Webmaster is never elected; he or she is appointed directly by the Monarchs.

The Webmaster may appoint others to help in performing his or her function, but these others are not automatically granted Round Table membership, and must be approved by the Monarchs before being granted admin-level privileges on the website.

Part C - Becoming a Round Table Member

Round Table members are either elected by the existing Round Table or appointed directly by the Monarchs. The Election procedure is as follows:

Part 1: Nominations A Round Table Administrator will take on the task of Election Coordinator for that election. The Election Coordinator will post a message on the General Board of the clan website seeking Round Table nominations. This post will be locked to prevent replies. For one week, members may nominate themselves or others by sending to the Election Coordinator a private message or email containing the name of the member and a short statement, not to exceed one paragraph, supporting the nomination. Nominations are kept private to prevent competition, politicking and hard feelings.

Part 2: Vetting and Discussion The list of nominees (with comments) will be compiled by the Election Coordinator and forwarded for review to the Monarchs for vetting. The Monarchs will strike from the list any nominee who is ineligible or inappropriate and then return the vetted list to the Election Coordinator.

The Election Coordinator will then post the vetted list on the Round Table board for three days. To be included in the final list for voting, a nomination must be seconded during this period by a Round Table member. Round Table members may also post to this thread to discuss the pros and cons of any nominee.

Part 3: Voting The Election Coordinator then creates a poll on the Round Table board. The poll will be available for voting for three days, at the end of which the candidate with the most votes wins. If more than one position is to be filled, the polling process is repeated (removing winners from the list) until all open positions are filled.

Part 4: Confirmation The Election Coordinator then contacts the winners by PM or email to confirm that they understand the responsibilities and in fact desire the position; the Coordinator must refer the member to these Articles and the member must confirm that they have read them and understand them. Should a member decline the privilege, another poll is held, using the remaining nominees, to replace that vacancy.
    [top]

    Part D - Issues & Problems

If a Round Table member identifies an issue that they consider to be of importance to the allegiance, they can request discussion of such. If the issue concerns allegations of wrongdoing by an allegiance member, a matter of internal procedure, or a topic of a particular sensitive nature, they should post it to the Round Table board. Otherwise, the issue should be posted on the Issues/Suggestions board.

Posts that introduce an issue for formal discussion must be titled "ISSUE: " followed by a brief description of the issue.

A Round Table Administrator will monitor the post to determine if the issue naturally resolves itself. If so, they should lock the thread (if someone honestly disagrees with that determination, they should request the opinion of the Monarchs). If not, the Administrator will post a poll reflecting the opinions and/or proposals put forth in the discussion. The Administrator will make a good faith effort to accurately do so; however, if a Round Table member believes an opinion/proposal that they put forth was incorrectly phrased or omitted, they should politely offer a rephrasing and request that the Administrator conform the poll.

The Poll will be titled "VOTE: " followed by the same description that was used for the issue.

Once the time has elapsed for voting in a poll, the Administrator will lock the thread after stating the winning option in a response. The Monarchs will unlock and either approve or veto the winning option, with or without comment, at their earliest opportunity.

Complaints against a fellow allegiance member or any other individual may be Private Messaged to any member of the Round Table, who will then post the complaint to the Round Table board on behalf of the complainant.

If a complaint, problem or dispute requiring an investigation is posted (see also the section above on Sheriffs) the post must be titled "INVESTIGATION: " followed by the name of the accused in the title of the post.

To facilitate the ability to identify critical posts among the friendly noise, please conform to the titling guidelines described above when posting issues or problems to either the Issues/Suggestions board or to the Round Table board.

    Article IV: Code of Conduct

    Part A - Behavior

Every member of the Chosen is responsible for reading, understanding and following these rules. If you have a disagreement with one or more of them, then work to make your views known and to get them changed. Disagreement or ignorance of the rules is not an excuse for breaking them.

If you observe another Chosen member breaking the code of conduct, first point it out to them and attempt to defuse the issue there and then. If the member doesn't stop or correct the violation, try to capture the relevant parts of the conversation and then send a private message with the log and any additional information to any Round Table member or a Monarch. If you are wronged by someone outside of the monarchy, get their character name, monarch and patron name and try to get a log of the event if possible. Turn this information over to a member of the Round Table.

    1. Theft. It is never acceptable to steal. If someone drops something on the ground and then asks for it back, you must give it back. If someone hands you something unintentionally, you must give it back. Stealing is not an acceptable means of getting even with someone. Taking back what was stolen from you is not stealing except when the current holder is an innocent third party. Taking an account against the will of the rightful owner is stealing. Thieves will be booted from the monarchy with prejudice.

    2. Honesty. You are required to truthfully answer the questions of any monarchy member who is performing his or her appointed duties for the monarchy. Such a person is required to inform you as to under what authority they are asking the questions, and they are responsible for ensuring that any questions they ask are relevant and necessary to their purpose. You are under no obligation to answer the questions of someone who is not performing an official monarchy function. Answering such a question dishonestly, however, isn't permitted. It is your right to ignore such questions or inform the questioner that you will not answer. Lying to anyone, even someone outside of the monarchy, can be a serious offense, depending upon the gravity of the situation. Nobody wants to bust you for having fun with your friends.

    3. Respect. As a member of the Chosen, you are responsible for showing proper respect for other members and for the monarchy as a whole. Insults, flaming and slander will not be tolerated. Disagreements and arguments are to be expected, but should be kept within the framework of civility. Flaming the monarchy and using vulgarity to attack another member are two of the most serious forms of disrespect.

    4. Spamming. Saying the same thing or substantially similar things in rapid succession or even fairly often while at the mansion or a monarchy hosted function is unacceptable. Repeatedly attempting to ID someone after a few attempts is a form of spamming. Consistently using ALL CAPS is also a form of spamming.

    5. Begging. Asking for an item, a service or an answer to a question more than three times in open chat is considered begging and is prohibited. Asking an individual for something after they have told you no is begging.

    6. Cursing. Using foul language at the mansion or at a monarchy hosted function is not permitted. Small slips will happen, but frequently use of vulgarity, especially after being asked to stop, is a problem. Certain words are particularly offensive, and along with racial slurs and other extremely prejudicial terms can result in official sanction on the first offense.

    7. Hunting Ethics. Conflicts while hunting are one of the more common sources of disagreements between members and with members of other allegiances. Understanding the potential conflicts and what constitutes proper behavior is the first step in avoiding and resolving these conflicts.

         a. Poaching - Poaching is the act of attacking a creature already engaged with another character or which another character has debuffed and is actively attacking. A character that vulns several creatures before attacking only has claim to the one they are currently working on, but unless they appear to be doing this to establish "ownership" of the creature in a competitive environment, you should not attack it. If a creature is attacking you, you have the right to attack it back unless you provoked the attack after the creature was engaged with the other character. Especially in competitive hunting situations, mistakes will happen. If you accidentally poach someone, cease immediately and apologize. If they decide to be uncivil after your apology, walk away. If it appears that someone is in need of help, ask before you attack the creature or, alternatively, confine yourself to healing them or some other beneficial act. If there is no time to ask because of the character's imminent death, go ahead and help but apologize if the character becomes upset.

         b. Macros - If you are in a competitive hunting situation and someone near is macroing, either attended or unattended, or hunting without a macro and poaches a creature that you were first to engage with, ask them politely to stop. If they refuse or fail to respond and then continue to poach on you, you have the right to either leave or to poach back. The principle at work is equality of opportunity. The fact that a character is being run by an automated script does not give them the right to disregard common hunting ethics. If at any time the character stops poaching creatures that you are first to engage, you must stop poaching.

         c. Looting - The loot on a dead creature belongs to the person who killed it. If you have any doubt whether a dead creature was killed by you or someone else, ID it first. If you wish to loot the kills of another character, you must ask the permission of that character first, unless the character has moved on. If you unintentionally loot another character's kill, you must offer the loot that you took from the creature once you became aware of it.

         d. Fellowships - While in a fellowship, you are responsible for actively pursuing the role that you are assigned. Leeching, or joining a fellow and then hiding somewhere to gain experience without effort is dishonest and is strictly forbidden. All other CoC rules apply while you're in a fellowship, including the rule against poaching a non-fellowed character's kills. Poaching a fellow member is usually normal and expected behavior. You share responsibility with the rest of the fellowship to ensure that loot is distributed evenly among the members. You are not required to join a fellowship to hunt in a dungeon, even if one is present.

    8. Asheron's Call Code of Conduct. The Chosen accept the AC CoC fully as the foundation of our own CoC. That means that whatever AC CoC forbids, we forbid.
    [top]

    Part B - Macroing

    1. Unattended Combat Macros -- In compliance and concurrence with the AC CoC, the use of combat macros while away from keyboard is absolutely forbidden.

         a. Reporting -- In order to ensure the Chosen does not harbor violators of the AC CoC, it is asked of all members to immediately report Unattended Combat Macroers to a Round Table member or Monarch so that the situation may be investigated while it exists. Using 2)b) below as a guide, first ask the person privately if they are there a few times within a few minute period (this allows for lag, battle message scrolling, and the "heat of battle" that may cause their attention to not be on the chat area). If they do not respond to several tells within 3-5 minutes, contact a Round Table member (if you know of one who is online), or use /m to tell the Monarch. If you are unable to contact anyone, go to the message board on the clan website and either post a complaint or PM an RT member or Monarch.

         b. Penalty for first offense -- Upon proper documentation by a Round Table member or Monarch of a first violation of this policy, the offending person will be immediately removed from the Chosen. The offender may contact either of the Monarchs to discuss possibly returning to the Chosen.

         c. Penalty for second offense -- Should a Monarch choose to allow a first offender to return to the Chosen, a second offense will result in permanent dismissal from the Chosen.

    2. Attended Combat Macros -- While the Chosen does not forbid the use of combat macros if they are attended, it is encouraged that you do not combat macro at all. Play the game and enjoy the different aspects of Dereth as it was intended to. Don't let the computer have more fun than you. Attended Combat Macros may be used only under the following conditions:

         a. You must be at the keyboard at all times.

         b. You must respond immediately to any question by any employee or representative of AC/Turbine/Microsoft, as well as any member of the Chosen. This is to ensure that no one is letting a combat macro run unattended.

         c. Normal rules of engagement apply. See Article IV, Part IV, Code of Conduct - Behavior, paragraph 7 for a complete explanation of proper hunting ethics. Running a combat macro does not relieve you of any of the requirements for proper behavior.

    3. Skill Improvement Macros -- The Chosen takes no position for or against the use of skill-builders such as trade-skill xp macros or InstaOg.

    4. Manufacturing Macros -- The Chosen takes no position for or against the use of macros to create items.

    Part C - Chains

An experience chain is a group of players who place their characters in such a way that experience points can be passed up at a high rate. This produces a chain effect. The amount of experience received and passed up depends on your character level, your skill attributes, and your placement in the chain. An experience chain also can double as a way players can attain a high rank.

The Chosen Ones Allegiance does NOT SPONSOR any official experience chains. We do however allow private, relaxed experience chains with certain restrictions. By creating and/or participating in a private experience chain within the allegiance you agree to abide by the following:

    1. You will agree to follow the Asheron's Call and the Chosen Ones code of conduct.

    2. There will be no experience pass up requirement.

    3. Use of treestats and the treestats plugin in for decal will not be required.

    4. You will not advertise for your experience chain in any forum except for the chain bulletin board provided on the Allegiance website.

    5. You will not lure other Allegiance or non Allegiance players to your experience chain under the premise of providing them something for joining. This is more frequently referred to as "vassal stealing".

    6. If you have a dispute or problem within your experience chain you agree to seek resolution with the person who runs the chain or with one of the chain moderators. The Monarch's, Round Table, and Sheriff's will NOT get involved with any chain dispute.

    7. There will be no skill attribute requirement. (Example: Must have leadership trained)

CHAIN MODERATORS: A list of Experience Chain Moderators can be found by clicking on the following link:
    http://www.thechosenonez.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=groupcp&g=18

CHAIN BULLETIN BOARD: The Allegiance provides a place in which Allegiance members involved with private experience chains may go to coordinate, advertise, ask questions, and manage their chains. The Bulletin board can be found at the following link:
    http://www.thechosenonez.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewforum&f=4

CONSEQUENCES: Failure to abide by the experience chain COC will result in disciplinary action as outlined in the Chosen COC and the Articles of Procedure.

Part D - Player vs. Player

    1. Dangers of Player vs. Player: Any time that a player decides to walk down the path of darkness, and don the red dot, the inherent dangers include being killed at any time, and the possibility of losing everything that you do not put away for safe keeping. Suggestions include muling anything you do not wish to lose, and wearing no drop armor (i.e. mule your 166% AR Craft 1 +15m Major Blood Thirst Yumi when going PK if you don't want to lose it.)

    2. Looting other Player Killers: Many people are staunchly against the policy of looting another pk after they have defeated them, and others are consistent about doing it. The option to loot is with the individual, and no official looting stance will be taken by the allegiance, use your own discrescion.

    3. Respect towards Player Killers: While the realm of player killers is often heated and emotional, Chosen are recommended to stay within the boundaries of respect. This means keep the trash talking to a friendly level, and avoid using foul language (which is against the Asheron's Call CoC). Any instances of extreme language violations and/or racist slurs and remarks can and will be examined by the RT.

    4. Ganging and other Player Killer tactics: How an individual chooses to go about hunting for other player killers is strictly to their discretion. As long as no Chosen CoC, or Asheron's Call CoC, violations are made, tactics such as ganging (multiple numbers of player killers attacking a smaller number) is to the choice of the player killers themselves.

    5. Attacking Chosen Player Killers: Player Killers are not to engage other Chosen outside of duels and pre-sanctioned fights. This includes attacking Player Killers at the mansion, etc. Chosen player killers are not to loot other Chosen after duels or other pre-sanctioned fights. Normal rules of respect apply to dealings with other Chosen who are player killers.

    Part E - Buff Bots

BUFF BOT USER CODE OF CONDUCT

    1. People who run buff bots are providing a service to monarchy members out of a sense of generosity. They are not compensated directly for this service and often operate at a loss. The bot owners are private players, and as such can deny service to anyone they choose to for any reason. However, a ban from any bot is almost guaranteed to be the result of abuse to the bot.

    2. Bots are not a right given to all monarchy members. They are a privilege extended to those who used them responsibly by the bot owners themselves. Use them with respect.

    3. If a character that is used for buff botting is online but not in the buffing area and/or not announcing that they are a bot, they are probably playing the game. Keep in mind that their right to play supercedes your need for buffs. Don't ask them to buff you when they aren't botting.

    4. All players in the allegiance are welcome to use the buff bots without question, regardless of their levels. Bot owners are just as happy to help a high level allegiance member as a low level.

    5. There is no official line for buff bots. Avoid having your buff split up by asking for grouped buffs such as "fullmage" or "fullsword", or for those who will later rebuff themselves, ask for "3schoolbow" or "3schooldagger". @tell the bot "help commands" to find out what grouped commands are available.

BUFF BOT USER AND OWNER FAQ

    1. Don't complain to others after you've issued 13 buff commands because their buffs are interrupting yours. If you need an unusual combination of buffs, you should either accept the inconvenience or ask the bot owners to build a profile for you.

    2. If you use a covenant or crystal shield, a hollow weapon, Isparian weapon or other unbuffable weapon or shield, put them in your inventory before requesting a buff. Unbuffable shields and weapons will "stick" the bot, wasting time and components and possibly causing the bot to go offline.

    3. Please remain still while buffing. Roaming around while being buffed causes the bot to turn and extends the casting time of the buff.

    Donations:

    1. Platinum Scarabs (this is the donation of choice)

    2. D notes and up (anything smaller takes up too much space)

    3. Prismatic Tapers (all bots use a ton of tapers, but please refer to how many they have at the present time. Tapers are heavy and should not be given if the bot has more then 4000). The command for finding out how many tapers the bot has is "TAPERS".

    4. Small Shards or Singularity Keys

    5. Scrolls (but only those level VII's that the bot is missing)

    What Constitutes Abuse:

    1. Double requesting buffs. Be it asking a lvl 6 buff bot for buffs then realizing there is a lvl 7 buff bot available and getting rebuffed with 7's, or asking for the same buff twice from the same bot or asking a bot for various group buffs that cast multiple duplicate spells.

    2. Complaining that a bot is not on, or harassing the bot character when he is not in bot mode.

    3. Loading up the bots with useless junk, be it chickens, mana charges, or items not listed in the "Donations" part of this document.

    4. Standing around complaining that a bot won't buff or verbally abusing the bot when he is spamming because he is out of components.

Actions Taken By a Buff Bot For Cases Of Abuse:

Should a case of abuse be noted by a bot owner, be it through logs or by personal observation, first action will be to temporarily squelch the abuser. The owner will then notify the Bot Master by a private message on the clan website.

The Bot Master will then investigate the issue and attempt to solve the problem. If the issue is minor and easily resolved, the ban will be lifted and the individual will once again be allowed to use the bot and once again be allowed to use the bot. If the offence is severe or the abuser is unwilling to work out the issue, it will be forwarded to the leadership for further action.

In any case, the ban on any abuser will remain in effect until the issue has been resolved. Bans against a specific bot user can and often will be extended to other buff bots in the monarchy. The safest solution is to abstain from abusing the bots.

    What you can do:

    1. If you feel the bot is spamming, then you can squelch the bot.

    2. If you find yourself banned from a bot and are unsure why, you may private message the Bot Master on the message boards (not in game) and he will find out why and attempt to resolve the banning. If it is a serious offense, and is beyond his ability to resolve, it will be forwarded to the leadership by the Bot Master.

Note: This CoC is intended to improve the overall effectiveness of the bots and to improve the happiness of both the buff bot user and buff bot owner. It may change at any time as new circumstances arise.
    [top]

    Part F - Tinkering

Please try to abide by these rules when tinkering and seeking tinkerers. Repeat offenders reported breaking these rules will be punished accordingly.

    1. Tinkerers are defined as one who can apply salvaged material to a weapon or piece of armor to increase the abilities it holds.

    2. Each person in Dereth has the ability to have one of the 4 schools of tinkering. The level at which a person can tinker is up to the owner of that skill.

    3.  a. No tinkerer is a slave of any given character aside the owner of the tinkering toon. Therefore, no one has to tinker anything for you. If they are busy questing, hunting, interviewing or just do not feel like it, they do not have to.

         b. It is advised at this time to try and set up a time when it is convenient for the both of you, or turn to the Chosen website and look up a tinkerer and try to establish a good meeting time for the both of you.

    4. The tinkerer is not responsible for the loss of salvage or weapons and armor under any circumstances. They do not have to compensate or replace any of the items destroyed.

    5. The tinkerer does not have to tinkerer any item they are not comfortable tinkering. (i.e. Gimpy asks Tinker God to add WS 10.0 Sunstone to his WS 5.0 Fire Sword that has been tinked 9 times. Tinker God says that there is a 1% chance it will be successful, based off her calculator. Gimpy insists that she does it while Tinker God does not want to be responsible for blowing it up, so she does not have too.)

    6. If a character ever gives a tinkerer salvage and/or weapons/armor and they agree to tink them, they have to either tink them and return them to you, or return them to you untinked. If at any point they keep these items or log and never make an effort to contact you to give them back, you need to contact an RT member or Monarch with their name, their patrons name and what they took.--This will be considered Stealing and handled as Section A states. (All efforts will be made to replace the items with them or something comparable as long as this person is in the allegiance.)

    7. While tipping is great, no one is required to pay a tinkerer for their time.

If at anytime you experience the following you should report them as soon as possible to an RT member or the Monarchs

         a. If you are a tinkerer and someone keeps harassing you to tink something after you said "no, you would not" for any reason, and have asked them to stop bugging you--This will be considered griefing and handled as Section A states.

         b. If you are a tinkerer and someone keeps harassing you because you failed a tink and blew up their favorite weapon or piece of armor. Asked them to stop but they continue to badger you.--This will be considered griefing and handled as Section A states.

         c. If you are asking someone to tink something for you and they either fail or successfully do and retain your item until payment is received or return the weapon and still seek payment.--This will be considered griefing and handled as Section A states.

If any of these incidents are reported, please be ready to provide the character name, their patron, the items used, and either a summation of what happened or an actual log of the event.
